Full build-out of new warehouse network and structured cabling for a North American supplier to property management, renovation, and maintenance industries. Install two-post rack with cable ladder in office MDF room. Install IDF 12U wall-mount locking cabinet in the warehouse pallet rack. Build pathway from IDF cabinet to overhead cable system using a 2-1/2 inch x 20-foot EMT conduit to the ultra-high bay ceiling. Ground both rack and cabinet to building UFER with #6 AWG. Install overhead cable support system in ultra-high bay warehouse ceiling and office ceiling using swivel and non-swivel hammer-on flange J-hooks. Connect IDF to MDF with 6-strand armored fiber, 50 MIC MM OM3 cable. Extend demarc from MPOE to MDF with 6-strand armored fiber, 9 MIC SM OS2 cable. Terminate, test, and label all fibers in Light Interface Units (LIU) with LC connectors. Install 3/4 inch x 20-foot EMT conduit connected to 1-gang metal electrical wall boxes fastened from ultra-high bay ceiling to pallet racks. Pull (29) blue CAT 5E cables for data drops as specified in the provided Visio drawing. Pull (19) yellow CAT 5E cables for IP Cameras as specified in the provided Visio drawing. Install patch panels in the rack and cabinet. Terminate, test, and label all cables according to customer-specified nomenclature. Rack and stack customer-supplied access points, network switches, and routers. Patch AP, data, and camera drops into the switches, and manage all cabling to be neat and orderly. Connect Cisco router to AT&T fiber circuit and test with customer's IT team.
